The New York Yankees, will pay a visit to the Virginia Tech Hokies in Blacksburg, Va. on March 18, 2008.
The Yankees were so moved by the tragedy that happened last April on Virginia Tech's campus that they gave $1 million to the memorial fund set up.
Also, the New York Yankees promised to visit English Field in Blacksburg and play an exhibition game against the Hokies.
The "Evil Empire" strikes again.
