DAN IS THE MAN!

Dan Giese will join the rotation taking Darrell Rasner's spot.

Giese is scheduled to start Friday vs. the Angels.

Rasner told Joe Girardi that he will go to the pen and "get better".


Also, Melky Cabrera will get "a couple of days off" according to the manager. Justin Christian will get the start in CF.
