The New York Daily News crossed the privacy line when it published a picture of an ambushed Cynthia Rodriquez exiting the hospital upon her release after giving birth to a baby girl.
This is absolutely disrespectful to the Rodriguez family and violates their right to privacy.
The picture (which I will not post) shows Cynthia in a wheel chair using her body to cover up her newborn, shielding her from a scum photographer. Also in the picture is a woman trying to get between the scum and Cynthia, a hospital employee and another woman along side Cynthia.
This is the caption:

SHIELD!
Where is hospital security?
Not only does this show what scum the photographer is, it also shows how low the NYDN will go for a story.
By allowing the picture to be printed, the NYDN publisher Mortimer Benjamin "Mort" Zuckerman and editors have endorsed this type of behavior.
A-Rod should take a stand by not speaking to NYDN reporters.
NYYU sends congratulations and best wishes to "A" and the family.

I live in New York, and I hate the NYDN.
I love the Post, the Times and Newsday. But, the Post isn't that much better.

I've been a long time reader of the Post and News, rarely Newsday and never the Times.
THANKS FOR VISITING NYYU!
