QUESTIONABLE ITEMS FOUND IN LEYRITZ CAR

The Miami Herald has published a list of items found by police while executing a search warrant on the car that Jim Leyritz was driving when he allegedly ran a red light and killed 30 year old Fredia Veitch.

"...condoms, cologne, Visine eye drops, a Leyritz baseball card and a 9-by-11-inch photo of him... Tylenol, Motrin, Afrin, Nasacort AQ, Lamisil athlete's-foot cream, Preparation H hemorrhoid suppositories, Alka Seltzer, Claritin and Vicks Liquid Caps.

Three prescription bottles for other people were in the vehicle.

One was for Leyritz's 11-year-old son. The two other bottles contained 35 unspecified pills that belonged to someone named Todd Watson, according to the police inventory report.

Police were still investigating the items they found in the car, including the prescription pills and an unknown yellow liquid -- ''suspected alcohol,'' police said -- found in a ''Vitamin Water'' bottle."
