Joe Girardi has accepted a contract with the Yankees. 3-years, $7.5 million .
The three-year, $7.5 million deal is the same offer Girardi was getting from the Dodgers, according to an industry source familiar with the negotiations.
Girardi also got the endorsment of former manager Joe Torre.
