(New York-WABC, January 11, 2006) - The teenager who plunged from the upper deck of Yankee stadium is due back in court this afternoon. Back in August, Scott Harper of Armonk spent 22 hours in police custody. Harper was at the game with three friends on August 9th. They claim Harper wanted to know if the net could hold his weight. So, they say, he jumped 40 feet from the upper deck and nearly went through. If convicted he could face a year in jail.
